First Progress

Tearing down the damaged plaster in the study.

We have locks!

An amazing amount of work done in one hot weekend!

The Living Room plaster is down!

Checking out the progress!

The Outside and the Upstairs

The whole house, from the opposite corner.

The traditional "For Sale Sign" Picture. Only ours was after a 100 degree day of work. Yuck!

My thoughts after we signed the first contract :)

A view of the back of the house. To the right is a the two car garage. Hopefully someday this will be a nice patio.

This is the upstairs. We're hoping to put three bedrooms and a bathroom. This is looking to the back of the house where the bathroom will be.
Kyle measuring :)

This is the front bedroom upstairs. There will be big windows in the front.

The First Post: the Great Clean Out

The first weekend all we were able to do was get things cleaned out of the house. Almost two trailors full!
